Your new companyOur client is a global insurance law firm with offices across the UK. They are currently recruiting a Casualty Fraud Lawyer to join the firm on a remote working basis. Your new roleThis Casualty Fraud Lawyer position will see you responsible for your own caseload of casualty fraud files handled from cradle to grave. Files will typically involve exaggerated and fabricated claims, substituted injuries, stage accidents and organised fraud. Caseload will be determined by previous fraud experience. You will be required to liaise with clients, interview key witnesses and consider sanctions to include recovery of costs, injunctions, committal proceedings and police referrals. What you'll need to succeedYou should be a qualified solicitor/lawyer, but those qualified by experience are encouraged to apply. You must have previous casualty litigation experience. Fraud experience is beneficial but not a full requirement. What you'll get in returnThis is a great opportunity for casualty and/or fraud lawyers to join an industry-leading team. You can expect a full and interesting caseload, working closely with a number of house-hold insurer clients. This role offers a salary up to £40,000, with an additional yearly bonus.
