They are looking for an Assistant Lawyer to assist the lead lawyer on high-value complex injury cases. Your new roleThis Catastrophic Injury Assistant Lawyer role will see you handle a broad ranging and interesting caseload, working closely with the firm's complex injury claims team dealing with large loss claims. You will be working closely with a lead lawyer on complex, high-value multi-track and catastrophic injury claims arising from EL/PL and RTA matters.What you'll need to succeedYou should be a qualified Solicitor/Lawyer with experience assisting in large-loss defendant cases. A successful candidate should also have a minimum of 2 years experience handling their own caseload of multi-track RTA/EL/PL cases. Experience of indemnity, liability and quantum is essential.
