- Experience in personal injury litigation
- Strong understanding of liability investigations, medical records, and witness statements.
- Experience in managing a caseload of complex large loss cases, including motor, EL/PL, and indemnity.
- Proven ability to draft legal documents, advise clients, and handle interlocutory proceedings.
- A track record of delivering high-quality legal services, ensuring compliance with client SLAs and MI requirements.
- A proactive approach to business development and client relationship management.
- Interest in mentoring junior team members and engaging in advocacy.
