A leading Legal 500 ranked firm in the defendant arena is currently seeking a Catastrophic Injury Solicitor to join their growing team in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious legal professional with experience in Personal Injury Litigation to work on high-value, complex cases.
As a Catastrophic Injury Solicitor, you will:
- Manage a caseload of catastrophic and serious injury claims.
- Assist senior lawyers on multi-million-pound cases.
- Provide expert advice on liability, quantum, and litigation strategy.
- Draft legal documents and engage in settlement negotiations.
- Deliver top-tier client service and build strong relationships.
- Stay ahead of legal developments in catastrophic injury and insurance law.
The ideal candidate:
- A qualified Solicitor or CILEX, NQ+ PQE.
- Experience in defendant personal injury litigation is preferred.
- Strong background in catastrophic and/or serious injury claims.
- Deep knowledge of personal injury law, liability, and quantum
- Outstanding analytical, organisational, and communication
- A proactive, client-focused approach with a commitment to excellence.
