There is the opportunity to gain exposure to multi-track clinical negligence matters. You will handle all claims from inception to completion. Reporting to the head of department, you will handle a full caseload of clinical negligence claims. What you'll need to succeedYou must be a qualified solicitor/lawyer with previous experience handling your own caseload of claimant or defendant clinical negligence matters. You must possess good technical skills and should be a well-rounded communicator.
