Depending on the level of experience, you will gain exposure to more complex, multi-track clinical negligence claims. Claims may include surgical errors, misdiagnosis, incorrect treatment, birth injuries and/or fatalities.What you'll need to succeedYou must be a qualified solicitor/lawyer with previous experience handling your own caseload of clinical negligence claims. NQ's with experience assisting on clinical negligence claims are encouraged to apply.
