A leading law firm, recognized for its high-quality legal services, is seeking a skilled Commercial & Corporate Partner to join their team in the North West. This exciting opportunity is available across multiple locations including Manchester, Liverpool, and Leeds, offering flexibility with a hybrid working model.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the Commercial & Corporate division, managing a portfolio of complex and high-value cases.- Advise on a broad spectrum of corporate matters, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and commercial contracts.- Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring the highest standard of service delivery.- Spearhead business development initiatives to drive growth in the Commercial & Corporate sector.- Collaborate closely with other departments to provide comprehensive legal solutions to clients.
Requirements:- Qualified solicitor (8+ years PQE) with substantial experience in corporate and commercial law.- Demonstrated success in managing significant corporate transactions.- Strong leadership and team management skills.- A strategic approach to business development and client management.- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
