The Role
You will handle a diverse range of commercial disputes, including:
- Contract disagreements
- Debt recovery
- Defamation
- Partnership disputes
- Property litigation
- Shareholder disputes
- Inheritance issues
Key responsibilities include providing a high standard of client service, employing alternative dispute resolution methods and representing clients in court when necessary. You will also collaborate with colleagues across departments and actively engage in your professional development within the firm’s supportive environment.

Requirements
