A leading, regional, Legal500 Commercial litigation team is looking for an ambitious 3-years PQE Solicitor in its Manchester office.

A Manchester-based law firm is seeking a qualified Solicitor (3+ years PQE) to join its Commercial Litigation team as an Associate Solicitor.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a varied and high-quality caseload, including shareholder and partnership disputes, contractual claims, professional negligence and intellectual property disputes. The role also offers the chance to develop expertise in alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration.

You will have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills and a proactive, client-focused approach. You will confidently managing your own caseload while supporting senior colleagues on more complex matters. A good understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules and experience handling county and High Court litigation is essential.
