The Legal 500 team and UKTop100 firm is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Associate to join its ambitious, entrepreneurial Commercial Real Estate team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced real estate lawyer with a proven background in commercial property law to take on a leadership role within a dynamic and rapidly growing team. Key Responsibilities:
- You will have a solid foundation in mainstream Commercial Real Estate work, gained either at the paralegal level or post-qualification
- You will receive significant client exposure early on and will be responsible for managing transactions at an appropriate level, with supervision where required
- The role requires a personable individual who is eager to develop relationships with clients, with a focus on strengthening and expanding those connections
- This is not a narrowly focused position handling limited workstreams for institutional clients – instead, it offers exposure to a diverse range of work for a broad client base
