Conveyancing Fee Earner – Central ManchesterDouglas Scott is partnering with a well-established firm seeking an experienced Conveyancing Lawyer to join their dynamic team in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside top professionals in a thriving department.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a full caseload from instruction to completion, ensuring compliance with SLAs and regulations.
  • Provide expert legal advice, draft contracts, and handle complex property matters.
  • Liaise with clients, solicitors, lenders, and third parties to drive transactions forward.
  • Identify risks, resolve issues proactively, and maintain high client service standards.
  • Supervise and mentor paralegals while optimizing processes through technology.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 3+ years’ experience handling a diverse property caseload.
  • Strong technical knowledge of property law and title complexities.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and deliver top-tier client service.
  • Commercial awareness and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with ProClaim & Redbrick (desirable) and investor/portfolio purchases.
