Responsibilities:

  • Manage a volume caseload efficiently
  • Handle sale contract issues and reply to enquiries
  • Approve purchase contracts and raise/check enquiries
  • Report on mortgage offers and searches
  • Work autonomously while receiving support and development

Requirements:

  • Law graduate (2:1 or above) or Licensed Conveyancer (preferred but not essential)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a volume conveyancing team
  • Ambitious and motivated to achieve personal and professional goals
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with freehold and leasehold properties, including sales and purchases from start to finish
  • Proficiency in using case management systems
  • Willingness to learn and progress
