Responsibilities:
- Manage a volume caseload efficiently
- Handle sale contract issues and reply to enquiries
- Approve purchase contracts and raise/check enquiries
- Report on mortgage offers and searches
- Work autonomously while receiving support and development
Requirements:
- Law graduate (2:1 or above) or Licensed Conveyancer (preferred but not essential)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a volume conveyancing team
- Ambitious and motivated to achieve personal and professional goals
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Experience with freehold and leasehold properties, including sales and purchases from start to finish
- Proficiency in using case management systems
- Willingness to learn and progress
