Description
The Conveyancing Locum will be:
- Managing a full range of residential conveyancing matters, including sales and purchases, freehold and leasehold, title reports, exchanges, and enquiries.
- Advising clients on all aspects of the conveyancing process, ensuring seamless transactions.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external parties to achieve smooth completions.
- Providing professional and timely responses to client queries throughout.
Profile
The Conveyancing Locum should be:
- A solicitor or equivalent with 5+ years of residential conveyancing experience.
- Proficient in managing the entire conveyancing process from start to finish.
- Experienced in handling title reports, raising/responding to enquiries, and facilitating completions.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
