K3 Law is a high-quality boutique corporate law firm and is part of K3 Capital Group, a multidisciplinary Advisory & Professional Services group focused on advising mid-market corporate clients throughout the UK and with an international presence. The firm provides legal advice on mergers, acquisitions, sales, and investments and is led by a Managing Director and Legal Director with a combined c.40 years Corporate Law experience within reputable top 50 law firms.Â
The Opportunity
Due to the firm's ongoing growth and expansion an opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Lawyer to join the team and work on a wide range of Corporate Transactions (sellside, buyside, capital markets and PE fundraise)

The Person
You will be a Lawyer able to meet the following criteria:
- Qualified Lawyer with 0 - 4 years PQEÂ
- Flexible approach - comfortable working a combination of office and remote / home location
- Keen to play a pivotal role in the growth of a Corporate Law firm with the backing of a leading UK professional services organisation
In return K3 Law is able to offer a highly competitive salary and benefits package (£55,000 - £70,000 base salary) and unrivalled career progression as the business expands.
