The work will mainly involve M&A for a mix of SME clients as well as some larger corporates. This corporate solicitor role will enable you to work closely with key clients and to build your profile in the market. There is plenty of scope to get involved in business development initiatives. What you'll need to succeedYou should be a corporate lawyer at NQ level or with up to 2 years' pqe. You will have gained a solid grounding in corporate law and be looking to take your career to the next stage.
