The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a individual with 3 years + (PQE) to contribute to a growing and successful department.

Key responsibilities

  • Managing a diverse portfolio of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, disposals, and joint ventures.
  • Providing high-quality legal advice on a wide range of corporate matters.
  • Drafting and negotiating contracts and other legal documents.
  • Advising clients on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory issues.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships.

To be successful in applying for this role, you must possess excellent client care skills and you need to be technically strong with an eye for detail as the role heavily relies on data checking and inputting. You must have the ability to communicate effectively. You must also be reliable, organised, able to work in a busy environment, possess excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
