You'll have the chance to work with high-profile clients across multiple sectors, from start-ups to international corporations, providing legal advice on complex and high-value transactions.Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising clients on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers, acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, and corporate restructures.
  • Drafting and reviewing corporate documents such as share purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, and articles of association.
  • Leading and managing corporate transactions from inception to completion, including coordinating with other departments and external advisors.
  • Conducting legal research and providing clear, practical advice to clients.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, offering commercial and strategic insights to support their business goals.
  • Managing and mentoring junior team members, helping to nurture talent within the department.
  • Staying up to date with developments in corporate law and business practices to provide best-in-class advice.

Ideal Candidate

  • A qualified Solicitor with minimum 5 years of experience in corporate law.
  • Strong technical knowledge in corporate transactions, with experience in M&A, private equity, and commercial contracts.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with clients and colleagues across multiple disciplines.
  • Ability to handle complex matters with a commercial mindset, providing practical solutions.
  • Experience in managing your own caseload and working within deadlines.
