The Opportunity:They are seeking a Newly Qualified (NQ) Corporate Solicitor or someone with 1-3 years PQE to join our busy and dynamic Corporate team. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-quality, complex, and varied corporate matters, including Company Restructuring, Joint Ventures, and M&A transactions.

As part of the team, you'll have the chance to run your own caseload of corporate transactions while working closely with our experienced Corporate Partner. You will receive mentorship, development opportunities, and the practical experience you need to become an accomplished Corporate Solicitor.

What You'll Do:

  • Work on complex corporate matters, including M&A, joint ventures, and company restructuring.
  • Take responsibility for your own caseload, with the guidance and support of senior team members.
  • Gain exposure to national and international clients, providing high-quality advice across a range of industries.
  • Contribute to business development efforts, generating and strengthening client relationships.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated, driven, and friendly team.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1-3 + years PQE or a recently qualified solicitor with a strong interest in corporate law.
  • A proactive, self-driven approach with a genuine desire to succeed in the corporate legal sector.
  • Strong communication and client care skills.
  • A commitment to building lasting client relationships and contributing to business development.
  • Ability to handle complex legal work with attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
