Description
The Court of Protection Locum will be:
- Managing a full caseload of Court of Protection matters.
- Advising clients on complex cases involving deputyship applications, lasting powers of attorney, and contested matters.
- Working closely with clients and their families to provide compassionate, tailored legal advice.
- Supporting the firm on an ongoing basis while they recruit for a permanent solicitor.
Profile
The Court of Protection Locum should be:
- A solicitor or equivalent with 5+ years of experience in Court of Protection work.
- Skilled in handling complex cases with minimal supervision.
- Personable, professional, and able to build trust with clients during sensitive situations.
- Available for an immediate start and committed to ongoing support.
