Court of Protection Solicitor

We are looking for a qualified solicitor or FCILEx to join our clients Court of Protection Team.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in this area, including the management of their own caseload.

  • The role will involve overseeing a caseload with support from paralegals within the team.
  • The successful applicant will ideally have experience in, or a willingness to, supervise more junior team members and assist the Team Leader in the development and marketing of the team.
  • Applicants must agree to undergo an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check prior to employment, in line with the relevant professional standards.
  • This position offers excellent opportunities for career advancement for the right candidate.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary is commensurate with experience.
