As a Crime and Regulatory Lawyer, you will:
- Support cases from incident investigation to resolution.
- Manage health and safety, nursing/care sector, environmental and motor crime matters.
- Collaborate closely with clients, regulators, and experts.
- Deliver innovative legal solutions and professional training.
- Analyse prosecution evidence and draft statements.
- Coordinate with courts, regulatory bodies and experts.
- Prepare and serve bundles, submissions, and evidence.
Requirements of the role:
- Qualified Solicitor with at least 1 year of experience in crime, regulatory, or care home inquests.
- Exceptional organisational and analytical skills.
- Strong communication abilities and a calm demeanour under pressure.
- Team player adept at navigating sensitive client situations.
