- Experience managing a caseload of fast/multi-track disease claims, ideally with a mini 12 month experience working in NIHL claims.
- Solid litigation experience and technical ability in handling industrial disease claims.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills to effectively manage caseloads and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients, counsel, and other parties.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise, and meet chargeable targets.
- A proactive and flexible approach, able to adapt to different types of legal work.
- Strong IT skills, with the ability to work efficiently with various legal systems and software.
