DISEASE LITIGATION HANDLERLocation: LiverpoolSalary: Up to £45,000Role OverviewOur client is currently recruiting for a qualified solicitor or legal executive with 0-5 PQE to join a well-established industrial disease team. This role will focus on managing a caseload of litigated Noise Induced Hearing Loss (NIHL) claims while also providing support for more complex cases, including asbestos-related claims. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced Partners, Principal Associates, and Associates, gaining exposure to a wide variety of cases and responsibilities.Candidate Profile/Experience NeededTo be considered for this role, you will need the following professional key skills:
  • Experience managing a caseload of fast/multi-track disease claims, ideally with a mini 12 month experience working in NIHL claims.
  • Solid litigation experience and technical ability in handling industrial disease claims.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills to effectively manage caseloads and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients, counsel, and other parties.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritise, and meet chargeable targets.
  • A proactive and flexible approach, able to adapt to different types of legal work.
  • Strong IT skills, with the ability to work efficiently with various legal systems and software.
