A well-established regional firm based in Manchester is searching for an EL/PL Fee Earner to join their friendly, down-to-earth team.In this role, you’ll manage a caseload of fast-track, litigated claimant EL/PL cases, ensuring limitations dates are met, liaising and reporting to insurers, and working closely to court deadlines. With the responsibility of managing files, you’ll also remain in constant communication with clients, issuing court proceedings and keeping up to date with regulatory changes.As a personal injury lawyer, your skills and experience in pre and post-litigation EL/PL cases will be crucial to your success in this role.
