- Proven experience in handling a litigated caseload, with a focus on Employers’ Liability claims.
- Genuine tenacity and the ability to drive cases through litigation to achieve the best possible outcome for clients.
- Experience with fast-track cases and knowledge of the civil procedure rules (CPR) and trends in litigation.
- Ability to manage a non-portal caseload while having previous exposure to the portal.
- Strong skills in drafting legal documents, including pleadings and witness statements, and negotiating settlements.
- Demonstrable experience of managing cases from inception through to trial or disposal hearing.
- Knowledge of the Proclaim case management system is advantageous.
- A competitive base salary of up to £55,000, depending on experience.
