 Senior Employment Lawyer – Remote Role with Travel

You’ll work closely with a professional client base, offering pragmatic employment law advice and employee relations solutions. The role includes:

  • Advising on all areas of employment law, including complex contentious respondent matters.
  • Managing TUPE, trade union negotiations, and employee relations challenges.
  • Contributing to business development and supporting commercial projects.
  • Delivering innovative, engaging training solutions (experience desirable, but a passion for sharing knowledge is essential).
What We’re Looking For:
  • Solid expertise in employment law with experience advising HR teams in large organisations.
  • A practical, commercially-focused approach to resolving challenges.
  • Strong experience with trade unions, TUPE, and tribunal representation.
  • Excellent time management skills to balance competing priorities.
  • Willingness to travel across the UK to client sites and employment tribunals, with some overnight stays.
