You’ll work closely with a professional client base, offering pragmatic employment law advice and employee relations solutions. The role includes:
- Advising on all areas of employment law, including complex contentious respondent matters.
- Managing TUPE, trade union negotiations, and employee relations challenges.
- Contributing to business development and supporting commercial projects.
- Delivering innovative, engaging training solutions (experience desirable, but a passion for sharing knowledge is essential).
- Solid expertise in employment law with experience advising HR teams in large organisations.
- A practical, commercially-focused approach to resolving challenges.
- Strong experience with trade unions, TUPE, and tribunal representation.
- Excellent time management skills to balance competing priorities.
- Willingness to travel across the UK to client sites and employment tribunals, with some overnight stays.
- Salary up to £80,000
