Employment Solicitor, NQ-1 Years PQE, Manchester, £Excellent + Benefits (DOE) - Award winning national law firm, ranked in Chambers and Legal 500. JOB REF:8459.• Applications are sought from Employment Solicitors with up to 1 years’ PQE with experience of managing a caseload providing sound, pragmatic advice.• You will provide legal advice to a broad range of healthcare clients, across the NHS, primary care and private health sectors.• You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include drafting various employment documents, advising on maternity and paternity rights, discrimination, whistleblowing, employee relations issues, disciplinary matters and grievances, mediation, dismissals, redundancy and restructuring, TUPE and employment tribunal claims.• You will have your own caseload to manage as well as being part of client teams to work on major projects.• You will also be encouraged to actively contribute to the employment team’s business development work and marketing initiatives.• You will be able to work with minimal supervision and work with a well-planned, logical and commercial approach.• Competitive remuneration package on offer• Hybrid and flexible working options available• To apply contact Melanie Daly at eNL on or email with your CV, or simply call for a confidential discussion.eNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
