Sellick Partnership are delighted to be working with a valued client who is currently expanding their estate planning team due to a significant increase in work. This client has a constant work stream from their members, banks and charities so no need for marketing and no billable hours!

As the Estate Planning Solicitor you will be:

  • Looking after your own caseload of complex Estate Planning cases to include Wills, Trusts and LPAs
  • Engaging with clients through numerous methods of communication
  • Working collaboratively with a supportive team to continually develop your legal skills, administrative support will also be provided at certain case levels
  • Using your legal knowledge to mentor more junior members of the team

The Estate Planning Solicitor will have:

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to draft documents
  • The ability to use your initiative and prioritise your workload
  • A client-focused approach with the ability to build positive relationships in a remote setting
