Service care Solutions are currently working alongside a well-known professional law firm based in Manchester, which is in need of a Family Solicitor. The role will entail dealing with a variety of interesting and challenging caseload (both Legal Aid and private Family Law matters).The firm is open to Individuals with NQ-5 year PQE in Family Law.They can pay a salary of £30,000 - £45,000 annum depending upon experience.The successful candidate will deal with the following types of matters from the start of the matter to completion
  • Divorce & finances – legally aided and private law
  • Domestic Abuse – both legally aided and private law
  • Care proceedings – public law proceedings
  • Private Law children’s proceedings – both legally aided and private law
About you as a Family Solicitor:
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent IT Skills
  • Ability to work within teams and individually using own initiative.
  • Confidence in business development and winning work.
  • Good organisation and planning skills with the ability to prioritise work to meet strict timescales where required.
