Job description:Â A law firm in Manchester is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Family Solicitor.
This is a Full Time role on a Locum basis for 3 months.
We are looking for a skilled Family Solicitor to join our team. You will handle a range of family law matters, including divorce, child arrangements, financial settlements, and cohabitation issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage your own caseload of family law matters
- Provide clear legal advice to clients
- Draft legal documents and negotiate settlements
- Represent clients in court and mediation
- Work closely with colleagues to achieve the best outcomes
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor (3+ years PQE in family law preferred)
- Strong knowledge of family law and court procedures
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
