Recognised as a Legal 500 firm, they offer an outstanding platform for career progression and professional development within a supportive and modern working environment. The RoleThe firm is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor with at c.5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in divorce, matrimonial finances, private children matters, and cohabitation disputes. This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor with a proven track record of managing a varied caseload and providing exceptional client care. You will also play a key role in supervising and mentoring junior team members, ensuring adherence to the firm’s national standards. Key responsibilities include:
  • Handling a diverse caseload, including:
    • Divorce and separation
    • Matrimonial finances and asset distribution
    • Private children matters, including custody arrangements
    • Cohabitation disputes
  • Supervising and supporting team members to achieve high performance.
  • Maintaining a high standard of client care, with sensitivity to the challenging and time-sensitive nature of family law cases.
  • Meeting deadlines and ensuring efficient time management under pressure.
