Douglas Scott are working with a National Legal 500 ranked law firm who are in the market for a Family Solicitor to join it's Manchester team in the coming months in their city centre office Key Responsibilities • Handle a varied caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, financial settlements, cohabitation agreements, prenuptial agreements, and domestic violence cases.• Advise clients on all aspects of family law, offering tailored legal solutions.• Manage complex and high-net-worth cases, particularly in financial disputes and children matters.• Attend court hearings and represent clients effectively in family law proceedings.• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.• Mentor and supervise junior solicitors, paralegals, and support staff.
