The Role:
We are looking for a Family Law Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE to handle a diverse caseload, including:
- Privately funded family matters such as divorce, finances and Children Act cases
- Legal aid cases
- Advocacy in court proceedings
- Managing relationships with corporate and private clients
- Keeping up to date with relevant family law legislation
- Collaborating with colleagues and maintaining high standards of client care
- Drafting legal documents, letters and applications
- Acting as an ambassador for the firm
- Conducting legal research and participating in marketing activities such as seminars and workshops
Who We’re Looking For:
- A Family Law Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Excellent relationship management and client care skills
- Family Law Accreditation (SRA essential)
