The RoleWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Family Solicitor to join a thriving practice. The successful candidate will work on a diverse caseload, including but not limited to:

  • Divorce and financial settlements.
  • Private child arrangements.
  • Pre- and post-nuptial agreements.
  • Cohabitation agreements and disputes.
  • Domestic abuse cases.

You will be responsible for managing your own caseload, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the firm’s reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing expert legal advice to clients on a wide range of family law matters.
  • Preparing legal documents, correspondence, and court applications.
  • Negotiating settlements and representing clients in court where necessary.
  • Developing and maintaining client relationships.
  • Keeping up-to-date with changes in family law and best practices.

Candidate Profile

  • Qualified Solicitor with at least 2+ years of PQE in family law (essential).
  • Proven experience handling privately funded cases.
  • Strong knowledge of family law legislation and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A client-focused mindset with the ability to manage sensitive cases with empathy and discretion.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
