Fast-Track RTA Solicitor/Lawyer

Your new companyOur client is a leading claimant firm who specialise in road traffic accidents. They are currently recruiting for fast-track RTA solicitors to join their Manchester or Liverpool offices on a hybrid basis. Your new roleThis Fast Track RTA Solicitor/Lawyer role will see you handle your own high-volume caseload of RTA claims from inception to conclusion. Claims will be a mix of pre-litigated and litigated claims. You will deal with claims involving denial of liability and causation arguments with minimal supervision. What you'll need to succeedYou should be a qualified solicitor/lawyer, but those qualified through experience are encouraged to apply. You must have sufficient experience handling your own caseload of fast-track RTA claims. You must be an excellent litigator with strong drafting ability. What you'll get in returnThis is a good opportunity for RTA solicitors/lawyers to run their own caseload at a reputable firm. You can expect a full caseload, plenty of hybrid flexibility and a salary of up to £38,000 + bonus.
