Your new companyOur client is a global defendant law firm who are currently recruiting for Fraud Solicitors/CILEXs to join on a largely home-working basis. There are vacancies within motor and casualty fraud. Your new roleThese Fraud Solicitor/CILEX roles will see you responsible for your own caseload of defendant fraud files. Depending on previous experience, this will sit within either motor or casualty fraud. Depending on level of experience, you may assist senior team members on higher-value, complex claims. There may also be the requirement to mentor junior team members in the running of their caseload. What you'll need to succeedYou must be a qualified solicitor or CILEX with previous experience handling your own caseload of motor or casualty fraud files. Litigation experience is essential. What you'll get in returnThis is a fantastic opportunity for solicitors/CILEXs with hands-on fraud experience. You can expect a full and interesting caseload with plenty of flexibility and home-working. A competitive salary of up to £40,000 is available and negotiable dependent on experience.
