We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Property Solicitor to join our team on a fully remote basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced solicitor to work flexibly while handling a diverse caseload of commercial property transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and landlord/tenant issues.
  • Providing expert legal advice to clients on a wide range of commercial property transactions.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
  • Advising clients on property development, investment, and real estate portfolio management.
  • Ensuring all legal work complies with current legislation and best practices.
  • Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering excellent service.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with a minimum of [X] years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in commercial property law.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial property law and relevant regulations.
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload independently.
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a remote setting.
