We are looking for an experienced General Counsel to lead our global legal operations. This leadership role involves providing legal guidance, managing relationships with external counsel, auditors, and regulators, and overseeing our Asset-Backed Securities (ABS) structures. The ideal candidate should understand global legal frameworks in financial environments and align legal strategy with business objectives.

As General Counsel, You Will:
- Lead Global Legal Strategy: Provide counsel on governance, contracts, litigation, and compliance, aligning legal insights with business goals.
- Oversee Legal Relationships: Manage external law firms and liaise with auditors and regulatory authorities.
- Manage ABS Structures: Ensure compliance and oversee legal frameworks for ABS agreements.
- Risk and Compliance Oversight: Identify legal risks and ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks.
- Team Leadership: Foster collaboration and develop policies promoting compliance and ethics.
