18Recruitment are working with a leading Law Firm based in Manchester City Centre who specialise in Property Conveyancing.

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Residential Conveyancing Solicitor. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and the successful candidate will be a key senior member of the company, managing a team of residential conveyancers.

Qualifications and skills:

  • Qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE, with extensive experience within residential conveyancing.
  • Accredited under the Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS).
  • Proven track record in business development and networking.
  • Extensive knowledge of UK property laws and regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Management experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and regulatory requirements for conveyancing transactions from the time of inception to completion.
  • Manage a residential conveyancing team.
  • Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of property laws and regulations, ensuring compliance at all stages of the conveyancing process.
  • Deliver high-quality legal solutions to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, driving business growth opportunities.
  • Actively participate in business development activities, contributing to the firm's overall success.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues, mortgage lenders, brokers, and other stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.

Salary:

  • Fantastic competitive base salary: 50.0000 to 60,000 (DOE)
