My client is currently recruiting for Healthcare Solicitor to join their top 100 firm on a fully remote basis.

The Healthcare team requires a 3-6 PQE solicitor to assist a partners team in its burgeoning practice. The role presents significant opportunities for training, growth and development in a unique team at the forefront of healthcare litigation which has enjoyed significant success, as well as excellent recognition in the legal directories and the market generally.

The team acts for a wide range of clients (insurers, insureds, regulators, Royal Colleges, defence organisations, and medical professionals) on the defence side, with insurers and insureds (medical professionals), being the largest contingent. They are an expanding team of lawyers, which is part of a bigger Healthcare practice comprised of high-calibre, highly motivated and happy legal professionals.

They very much focus on team-work, and on developing holistic lawyers who can turn their hand to all aspects of defendant healthcare litigation. They are unique in offering the ability to do this fascinating work in a very different, enabling environment, free from many of the restrictions of mainstream private practice.
