A leading national law firm is seeking an experienced legal professional to join its distinguished Primary Care team as a Partner or Senior Associate. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive legal counsel to primary care clients, encompassing partnership agreements, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance and dispute resolution
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a deep understanding of their unique needs and delivering tailored solutions
- Collaborate with colleagues across various practice areas to offer integrated legal services that meet the complex demands of the healthcare sector
- Contribute to business development initiatives, identifying opportunities to expand the firm's presence within the primary care market
- Mentor and support junior team members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous professional development
Your Profile:
- Qualified Solicitor with significant experience in healthcare law, particularly within the primary care sector
- Demonstrated expertise in handling legal matters related to dental and pharmacy practices
- Proven track record of managing complex transactions and providing strategic legal advice to healthcare clients
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- A proactive approach to business development and a commitment to contributing to the growth of the firm's healthcare practice
