The Firm

Our client is a Legal 200 firm based in the heart of Blackburn and is a regional heavyweight keen to flesh out its housing disrepair team with the addition of several fee earners and solicitors.

The firm is looking for a qualified solicitor with strong HDR experience. You should be well versed in handling a caseload of litigated matters and be capable of hitting the ground running with a caseload of litigated HDR cases.

You will handle a caseload of your own files and help to oversee and supervise some juniors in the team where necessary, manage client expectations and negotiate settlements and offers. 

Ideal Candidate

  • Qualified Solicitor or CILEX (ideally 3-5 PQE)
  • Strong litigation experience
  • Capable of handling HDR matters from inception to settlement
  • Based within commutable distance to Blackburn
