- Strong commitment to legal aid and supporting vulnerable clients, particularly those with mental ill health.
- Excellent client care skills with a sympathetic understanding of clients' needs.
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload, varying in complexity, while working collaboratively with senior and junior colleagues.
- Expertise in advising on eviction, possession, homelessness, succession, and anti-social behaviour cases.
- Proficiency in working to Legal Aid Agency standards (SQM), Peer Review Criteria, and Guidance.
- Experience managing a large volume of cases.
- Strong IT, organizational, and advocacy skills.
