Job Description
We are a well-established, highly regarded law firm seeking an Immigration Solicitor to join our dynamic and supportive team.
You will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of immigration matters, providing expert legal advice to individuals and businesses, and ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a diverse range of immigration cases, including family visas, asylum claims, and appeals.
- Advising clients on all aspects of UK immigration law and keeping up-to-date with changes in legislation.
- Preparing and submitting applications to the Home Office and representing clients at tribunals and hearings.
- Collaborating with colleagues across the firm to provide a seamless service to clients.
- Ensuring all casework is completed to a high standard and within regulatory guidelines.
Key Requirements
- Has at least 2 years of post-qualification experience in immigration law.
- Is skilled in managing a varied caseload and meeting deadlines.
- Possesses excellent communication and client care skills.
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
