Description
The Employment Solicitor will be:
- Managing all employment-related matters, including complaints, grievances, and claims.?
- Rebutting, settling, and defending tribunal claims.?
- Conducting advocacy and instructing external counsel at tribunals.?
- Staying updated with changes and new legislation in employment law.?
- Providing training and practical advice to stakeholders on new guidance.
Profile
The Employment Solicitor should be:
- A solicitor or equivalent with 4+ years' experience in employment law.?
- Experienced in handling respondent cases.?
- Proficient in advocacy with a track record of tribunal appearances.?
- Skilled in delivering training sessions.?
- Familiar with public sector operations and challenges.
