About the Role:Well established multi-office law firm is looking for a motivated NQ solicitor (or 1 PQE) to join their dynamic Insolvency and Corporate Recovery team in Manchester. You will work on both corporate and personal insolvency matters, gaining exposure to a variety of cases and developing your skills alongside two directors and the wider team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality insolvency advice to clients, ensuring their goals are met.
  • Manage client relationships from start to finish, including billing.
  • Prepare and review legal documents for court hearings.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and file management standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to promote the firm’s interests.
  • Develop litigation strategies and update senior associates and directors.

Skills and experience required:

  • Qualified solicitor from any practice - NQ to 1 year PQE approx.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Team player with a client-focused approach.
  • Results-driven and proactive.
  • Flexibility to support the team.
  • Prior insolvency experience is beneficial but not essential.
