Its specialist insurance fraud team is no different. The role will involve managing a caseload of insurance fraud claims on behalf of major insurer clients. This is litigated work. Candidate ProfileThe firm is seeking an a qualified solicitor who can demonstrate:

• Experience handling a caseload of litigated defendant insurance fraud work. Alternatively an experienced defendant personal injury litigator
• Previous civil litigation experience is essential with at least 2 years experience.
• Experience of working in a team
• Able to draft Court Proceedings, adhere to Court directions and deadlines.
• Able to engage in effective negotiation.
