Property Finance Lawyer Key Responsibilities:
- Advise internally at board level, and clients on all aspects of bridging finance and property transactions.
- Conduct due diligence and manage property documentation.
- Negotiate contracts and liaise with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders.
- Provide clear, timely communication throughout the transaction process.
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting bridging finance.
Property Finance Lawyer Qualifications:
- Qualified solicitor or legal executive with a focus on property law.
- Proven experience in bridging finance or related areas.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
