A leading, award winning Property Finance Lender, requires a qualified and experienced Property Finance Lawyer (Real Estate) to join its successful and dynamic team.

3-days at home every week!

It is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of property transactions and help clients and the company navigate the complexities of bridging and buy-to let finance.

Property Finance Lawyer Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise internally at board level, and clients on all aspects of bridging finance and property transactions.
  • Conduct due diligence and manage property documentation.
  • Negotiate contracts and liaise with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide clear, timely communication throughout the transaction process.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting bridging finance.

Property Finance Lawyer Qualifications:

  • Qualified solicitor or legal executive with a focus on property law.
  • Proven experience in bridging finance or related areas.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
