  • Manage and oversee litigated housing disrepair claims from inception to resolution
  • Draft legal documents including claims, allocations, and other necessary correspondence
  • Provide expert legal advice and support to clients throughout the litigation process
  • Work closely with clients, experts, and external parties to ensure smooth case progression
  • Represent clients in hearings, trials, and pre-trial discussions
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, while managing risks and advising on the best course of action

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Essential - Litigation experience / preferably in HDR
  • Must be a qualified solicitor or barrister
  • Excellent drafting skills, particularly in the preparation of claims and allocation documents
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage complex legal cases
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
