Job description:Â A law firm in Manchester is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Family Law Solicitor to join the firm on a locum basis.
The successful candidate will be available immediately, and will be available to attend the firm on a hybrid basis.
In addition, the firm are willing to consider applicants available on either a full or part-time basis.
The successful candidate will be:
- Managing a complex caseload, dealing with anything from fixed-fee divorces to financial disputes –
- Managing a caseload of divorce and financial matters from inception to conclusion
- Advising clients on all aspects of family law, including financial settlements, child arrangements, and pre-nuptial agreements
- Representing clients in court and at mediation sessions
- Drafting legal documents and correspondence
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changes in family law and related areas
